Trying to get my trainer running.... motor wont stay running
I'd like to have a 3D Airplane as well

Hi Josh,
Jerry here. I built an eagle II trainer about 8 years ago, when my wife was pregnate with our first son, unfortunately I never got to fly it, it hung in my sons room for so long, it started falling apart, so 10-15 new glue joints, and a few wing patches later, I finally junked the whole plane, but I kept the engine, and engine mounts. The motor is an OS. MAX 40fp, with prop/spinner. Here is the catch, the motor is new NEVER run, but is 8 years old. still spins freely, and I put a piece of tape over the carb 8 years ago, only removed just not to make sure carb still worked well, everything seems to be ok. the prop is a puller not a pusher prop. for nose mounted engines. I can try to send you a pic somehow? like I said I never started it, so it is new condition. the motor is a little dusty, and show signs of age on outside. has a glowplug as well, basically install the motor, and start it up. just let me know if you are interested, and what you'd give for it.
