Sick Maxx man! That thing must weight a TON!...
How much have you put into it in parts and stuff so far? I'll bet enough to buy a small country, lol.

Thanks,
It weighs 3 pounds more than stock. Lot's
of cash invested. I am new to the site
and have trouble loading high quality
pics. I think I will try to attach a good
one to each reply. I have an Picco .26 on the
way to put on it.

Yeah, I was thinking you'd need a good strong motor to push all that metal around, haha.
You can always upload to PhotoBucket and use their IMG codes to put the image in your message, or you can do a direct link where we have to click on the link to see the picture. That's sometimes best so as not to bog down those of us with slower connections by having to load a page with tons of images.

Just wondering, have you even run the truck like this? With the 3.3 in it?

I run it on 30 percent nitro
and a stock 3.3 (all Plastic)
out runs me by about 2 lengths
but it handles very well considering
but it gets all the attention when it is
out. It sees parking lot and ocassional
track weekends. I run but don't
thrash with it. It takes about 4 hours
to shine it back up after running.

It was painted by a guy
in Iowa. Check out the
checker board pattern in the
bed area. He does awsome work.

Imagine getting hit by that in the shin at WOT...
Hey buddy, when your new engine comes in and your done with that 3.3...... ;)
Hahahaha.
I'm VERY envious of this thing. I can imagine how long it takes to clean, but stil, you probably NEVER have to replace broken parts!!! =D

pretty much all thats left to make aluminum is the trans, battery and reciever box, and the fuel tank. are the rims even alum?
That is a perrty one though

You are correct, the componet boxes
are all that is left. I think the stock boxes
are a good contrast. Do you think???
or should I make the boxes alum??
The rims are the stock one, my alum rims
have not come in yet.
Thanks.

Thanks, it is 3 pounds heavier
than stock. Not to bad. It handles well
actually for being heavy.

I have all new hitec servos to install, just waiting on the engine and alum rims
that I ordered. Supposed to be in this friday.
When I get everything installed I will update with pics,
hopefully this sunday. I am at the mercy of fed-ex now so who knows
when????
