YES YES YES!
You should ALWAYS post people who don't pay/scam others. It helps the entire community by warning them. Think of it this way, if you sent someone something and ended up not getting your end or whatever and posted it and someone else came along and goes "oh yeah, he did that to me, i just never said anything because i didn't care," you'd probably be mad, because that'd be something you would have liked to know.

In short, save someone else the trouble, post all his info, name, address, SS#... =D

cpee, if you were going to buy something from someone and you sibling, or your parent, or your best friend was in an accadent and it was your responsibility to pay for their hospital bills, you'd back out of the deal too.
