We made these shock cover, we didn't buy them :jumpy:
Turned out pretty good...AND we hand sewed them!!!

yeah i make myown also pretty easy to do i have different colors also i am in the process in making some more for my lst and my sons trucks and my girls truck. great job on ur's

what material are y'all using? and how are you going abouts the diameter? like...90% the diameter of the shock, or half of it? just guess and go? lol

i love eyeballing stuff!"Go to your local Wally World and go to the fabric section. Look around and find the lycra material. It is what female swimsuites are usually made of. Buy a yard of Lycra, go home measure the length of the springand give your self about an inch on each end extra. Cut the right length of Lycra then wrap around the spring and mark the diameter. Then sew it up the seam so it looks like a tube. turn inside out (so the seam is on the inside) and install on your shock."

...theres the intructions I used.

For the diameter, it depends if you want it to look like my maxx's you make the diameter smaller. and vis versa.

I really like mine!

cover up how badly chipped my stock red shocks are...knew i should made big honkin mud flaps for mine =D
