Ur Next had an ofna Hyper 7 pcr and extra parts to trade, we agreed through email that I would send him 3 guitars for this buggy... The last I heard from him was to get his address (only 16 minutes after i emailed him for it) since then I have had no response, and now found out that someone else got burned on the same buggy.


I will be taking this to my local law enforcement and if need be small claims court.

update:

I got the buggy today, I am sorry for the harsh words of calling him a deadbeat. however i dont see why someone else who had a stampede got ripped off by this guy?

well guys i am takeing him to court if i dont here something from him i am on a fixed incom and i dont think anybody shoud need this i sent him a letter and it shoud have got there yesterday and i am sorry i i hurt anybody

guys , the truth is that alot of peaple are not honest , they do lie , they will steal , my i suggest , only doing deals with peaple who have great feed back , or any at all ? or if they have ben on a long time or are on often, the chances are that if some one has ben on over 1 year , and they have a normal user name , and or if they have a minimal number of posts , ie , i would trust some one more if they have been on a year and have , say 30 posts , and they show they'r name , and ware they live verses some one who has ben on two days and has 20 posts , and has no information... And , talk to peaple , for instence i am buying some parts from mrwrenches , it was unclear on some parts , so he called my and we talked it all out , when some one will help you out or describe what they are selling/traiding/buying in full detail , you can pry trust him/her... Or reserch , check they'er e-bay , paypal , or on hear , ie , look up above on my stats , it has a pic of a computer , put you'r mouse over it and some numbers will apear , wright them down on a peac of paper , then go to through the bad posts , and find peaple that instead of having a username , it says gest , that means they were banned , so check his ip number and see if it matches , little things like this can save you money , time , and hassle , eaven if you get the product it may be discribed different or not in the condition said... just some words of knoledge.... did i spell that right ?

little like $50.00 it may not be alot to other people but it is to me

I haven't gotten any email replies from 'ur next' but was planning on taking im to court. He put a note inside the box that said he was sorry for the delay, things. he also said that he got transferred (military?) and things have been crazy, and that he hasnt gotten his internet up since he was transferred.


about your stampede, didnt he say on like the first page that he would need much more than a stampede? I'm not justifying his actions at all, just wondering why he would agree to it after he blatantly said he would't take it.

also wanted to clarify that most of what he claimed wasnt really true.

it is an Ofna hyper 7 , he claimed PCR but it's 'ho-bao' (which i've never heard of.)

he also claimed NIP extra parts, a lot of the packages were opened.

There were no extra wheels, the knuckles package said 'pair' but there was only 1.

i didnt get a jrxr2 tx/rx, I got an airtronics that is beaten to all hell.it doesnt even have an antenna!

so that is it.

i was going to get a hornet from him for my stampede and did not get it so i am takeing him to court if he dose not e-mail me back $50.00 is a lot to me

HoBao makes the Hyper 7...OFNA is the American distributor. Always has been. It's like OFNA and their 9.5....Hong Nor actually makes it but OFNA is the distributor.

How do you know it's not a PCR? Does it have lay down servos? RTR or Pro?
