I will not name anyone but the deal i got was nothing to brag about traded a engine for a plane that when i received it had the covering riped and reglued and had broken wing parts and when you looked inside the fuse you could see were it had been crashed more then once i guess next time i will ask for better pictures lollol learn from this deal i sure did

sorry to hear about that, its never good to get a short end of a deal. are you gonna try resolving the issue, or you just gonna leave it asis?

well , actually , it would be nice to know who did this so we can know who he is so that this dosn't happen to anothe person. And we would also like to see if the seller/buyer/trader has a reason for this

I did receive a pm from this person saying what i expected but i did think he should have been a bit more mature not like in his pm (QUOTE) UP YOURS) but i guess i was way off lol lol anyway you live and learn

well, actually attitudes like (from him) are really frowned upon here, you might not care about what happened, but others prolly will. I would highly reccomend PMing one of the admins with the guys info, just so this doesnt happen to anyone elso.

Well the way i see it when you buy or trade someone for anything the first thing is trust and one person here i do not in any way is samtillery first the deal was i traded a HB 61 2c engine with a perry carb for a junk pile wattage biplane with the gear box shot and parts of the wood in the wing was broke and looked like it had been glued with model glue and found the covering under the bottom wing torn and was glued again with model glue and a real bad job too then i looked into the fuse and noticed that the fuse had been broke again and again and when looking into the motor mount area and under it i found the same thing cracks and broke and not a good job trying to fix it
and then i have email and pm him more times then i remember asking for the manul and now i get wise *** remarks telling me i had the plane a week before i sent the motor but i had it less then that because it was in transit to him.so now i get a pm from him telling me not to email or pm him anymore or he will file a complaint about me well samtillery its your call But if i was anyone here i would never trade or buy from you EVER.........

thank you slowflier for the explanation and letting people know who dealt the bad deal, unfortunatly, he will prolly just change his name. The admins have the ability to trace him, so hopefully he doesnt do anyone elso wrong. I hope that this deal doesnt put a sour taste in your mouth about the junkyard, or anyone else here. And thank you for being mature about this whole ordeal.
