Fuel Flow

I just got my gas truck and i noticed the fuel is very hard to syphine the gas from the tank...is this normal or is there something blocking the flow???

check for plastic flashing on the inside of the fuel lines check all parts mine had a elbow that was pluged from the molding co. it had flash in it ha ha ha

Also check for any leaks around the cap.
