Need Help!!

[Extreme LST2]

Does anyone have any Center CV Drive Shafts Part#LOSB3545.
Im not sure why the transmition outdrive cup keeps slipping off the tranny shaft. any Ideas on how to fix it. ive tried thread lock that didnt work.

a main hobbies has them,
also is there a flat spot on the shaft? where a set screw would sit,check to make sure its not tapered out and slipping the shafts of,have you tried o-rings in the end cups to keep the shaft from shifting front or back?,also makes sure you are tightening it down sometimes it may feel tight but its not.
