I have two situations for you, because currently I have three rustlers, one that will remain stock, and two brushless 3500's that have been upgraded to almost all integy parts. Now heres the question. If you had all options open to you, and were to build a bad *** street rustler, and another for sand, using vxl 3500 brushless base, what would be your ultimate parts list for both. Including engine swapouts if you think a better engine would suffice. I have the Nitro 4-tech and a E-maxx but I getting tired of messing with nitro and am ready to start building the rustlers up to primo. Let me know what your ideas are.:D

Well, started ordering parts for my Street Project Rustler, Still haven't decided what to do with the dirt monster I'm going to build. Let me know what you guys think. When It gets put together I will post some pics. Should be done early June, will be building this when I go home from afghanistan for a couple weeks. Can't wait. Any more suggestions please feel free to tear up the ideas!!

first issue i see is "that have been upgraded to almost all integy parts" integy stinks. look in to fastlane machining, or new era models , never go with alum arms of any brand, and never go integy parts . the shocks always leak and shafs are weaker than stock...piggies shocks don't work like a 1:1 more of decor.
always remmeber the parts that are metal mounted to metal parts always bend.... always go with rpm parts they flex and life time warrenty!
good luck in your build.

I here you on both sides, Integy, and alluminum. If I was building the sand version of what I'm doing, Like all my offroad builds I would be using RPM, because there replacement is impeccable, however for this, I only run my street builds in a huge shut down movie theatre lot they tore down and repaved, yet no one ended up buying the lot. So its beautiful pavement with no crash hazards, so I wasn't worried about the bending. I'm building this one more for show then stomping it hard. Got any suggestions on a charger for those Lipos?
