engine problems

I just purchased a 1/12 scale miss bud boat,this is my first nitro rc.The initial start up went good it only ran a few seconds after removing the glow igniter.I followed the manuals what to do tips and now it wont even fire.It appears to be flooding and i have taken the glow plug out and turned it upside down like i read to do this did not help. Any ideas would be appreciated.I am new to nitro and dont know alot about it,i dont want to fry my engine by leaning it out to much before it is broke in.

could be bad fuel also i say run it with the glow starter on it for 1st tank full can hurt it if it keep stalling if you take off glow starter can help you set the carb also plugs can foul out fast some times
