Just wanted to give everyone a heads up.This guy had one good feedback.I figured he was ok,i'm new to rcj and had no feedback. On 10/20/09 I sent him a duratrax evader,2 battery packs, charger, and $30 to cover his shipping on a MGT I was going to trade for.I still haven't seen anything from him. When he does reply he has alot of excuses (I was in a bad wreck and can't get it shipped) what ever. BOTTOM LINE HE IS A SCAMMER !!!! BEWARE

if it sounds too good to be true, it's probably a scammer

Your right. I figured since he had a good feedback he would be ok. Man was I wrong. There are some sorry people in this world and he is one of them.

If you have his name & address, contact his local police department and tell them what the deal is. They will send someone out to the address to investigate. People don't have a clue what kind of trouble they can get in on scamming someone like this if it was shipped by US Postal service, it is considered mail fraud which is a Federal charge that can most likely get them federal jail time.

Your right. I filed a claim with the federal Internet fraud division. They are going to contact the law enforcement in his area. They told me the same thing it's federal since it was shipped usps. They said that they will take action against him. I will let everyone know what happens.

I will keep everyone posted. Just to let everyone know. I was stuck my another guy on rcu. Both of the 2 trades I done was a couple of weeks apart. His screen name was jamesgarst stay away from him to. He was from Indiana. I talked to the law enforcement in his area and also filed a claim with the federal guys. Come to find out the Indiana attorney generals office had a Internet crime division also. I have filed with them also. I will keep every post on how it turns out. I never would have imagined that there were that many sorry people on these sights.the bad thing about it they are good at what they do. They come across as good honest people. I guess they get one good feedback and use that to their advantage. I can promise I will do what ever I can to get these guys. I will spend more that what the stuff is worth just to prove a point. If we can get these guys charged with a federal crime maybe they will think twice before they try to steal something from us again.
