so i rebuilt the front diff and installed it and when i went to roll my t-maxx it wouldn't go. i thought the brake was binding but when i push the front wheels forward the rear wheels spin backwards not letting the truck go anywhere. i did put the forward only conversion in. instead of going through the hassle of disassembling again. thought i check to make sure if anyone has had this happen before.

you have one of the diffs in backwords dude . if you had the front 1 out the you need to take it apart n flip the diff around do it drives the other way . its cool everyone had done it at some point in time

awesome i thought so. but i didn't want to go through all of that find out i managed to mess up the forward only conversion. i tell you what this thing is absolutely a pain in the old keester to work on. this maxx is first traxxas. appreciate my hpi and my traded off tamiyas a lot more.

i did the same thing with my rc18t years ago...its mind boggling-lol
