I'm starting another project. This time it is a new Radio Shack RSX. It is a 540 car and moves out pretty good stock. So far I have removed the shell, improved the shocks (increased their travel), got rid of the junk bumper that hits the ground constantly, junked the neons and beefed up the feed wires to the motor. I have also cleaned and lightly oiled the transmission, and locked the differential. Basically all I have done so far is cut the extras and improve what I have. My next step is to install a 17 turn Orion Rush - or a 550 Johnson Emaxx motor. I have both so we'll see what works better. I also have a set of Tamiya oil shocks that I am thinking about putting on it (this thing doesnt handle too good - it spins out all the time from suspension that is way too stiff) What I am trying to do is create a "super-sleeper-toy" of sorts. Anyone who wants to add any input or ideas I would greatly appreciate it!
