when i was screwing in a screw that holds the heatsink to the motor's block. The screw broke level to the surface of the block is there anyway to get the screw out. Or do i have to buy a new motor. :-(

Do you have a Dremmel tool?
If not, the purchase of one could be cheaper than a new motor...
Simply use the thin cutting blade, cut a small slit on top ot the broken screw (Yes, I know - you'll cut the motor just slightly too) - and use a flathead screwdriver in the slot you made to pull out the broken screw!
