I started out ith a 2.5 T maxx years ago.I have a 3.3 t maxx one is a beater and one thats all decked out with aluminum(more money than brains in it)I have an Emaxx with a brushless system in it.I have a 3.3 in a nitro rustler.I have a nitro vee ith a 2.5. As you can see I love my traxxas. There easy to work on.Parts are always in stock and aftermarket parts well all I can say is the skys the limit.I have a couple other brands in my stable.I like anything you can have fun with but I love my maxxhttp://www.rcjunkyard.com/forums/images/icons/icon6.gif

I got a TMAXX a year after the 3.3, right before the 4908 modle came out, since I have had a lot of fun with the truck its real fast, I now have a ,26 big block, and far to much other stuff to list on it and it flies and holds together pretty well, and are easy to work on I know if you got it you would be very happy

I would take any Traxxas over any Duratrax any day. Traxxas makes some good products and product support is basically universal now. So the chances you have to order a part is very uncommon. Duratrax is kinda on the same level as RedCat. Nice products horrid support. Its nothing worse that being out with you friends, breaking something, running to the hobby shop, then walking away knowing your RC will be on the shelf for the next month and maybe more.
