I just got this SLAYER it has about 7-8 tanks of fuel through it that I HATE to sell but on saturday night I totaled my excursion and have to pay johnny law for some **** tickets...............$300 shipped paypal only!!!

thats true but I don't want to pay the $450 reinstatement fee when my drivers licence gets suspended..............pesky ohio laws

Same in memphis.. I have had a "failure to maintain" for spining tires in the snow/ice. sorry to hear that..

Your state must really hate it's people to punish them even more after an accident and insurance and the vehicle itself.

I know how you feel, I got clipped by an idiot and it spun me. I slid across the median and got t-boned by an oncoming vehicle. I was doing 45 and so was the oncoming vehicle. We would have hit passenger side first, where my girlfriend was, so I got it to at least spin the other way and took the impact on the driver's side.
I was driving my mom's Tahoe at the time. My Silverado was in the shop after hitting an old lady that ran a red light and crossed 3 lanes in front of me. Mine just needed a little body work.

Here's what's left of the Tahoe.
Bruised spleen, cracked ribs, VERY sore knee and foot from being pinned, concussion as I blacked out and woke up with my arm on the Dodge's hood and people all around. And glass+contacts=painful.

Unfair? Insurance is putting me at fault for improper evasive maneuvers. So we asked what I could have done differently. Apparently I should have rear ended a large truck at 45 miles an hour with me and my tiny girlfriend in the front seats...
