bit of an up date well my pinions arrived this morning yes at last so i thought id charge one of the batterys while i was fitting the 16 tooth pinion well with the the pinion fitted and the battery charged up so i gave it a quick check over before heading out anway got it out pluged in the battery getts all the bleeps of the esc arming i slipped the body on hit the power off it went like a rocket not very fast on top end running on 7.4 volts but its got shed loads of get up and go just need to get a bec now so i can run it on 14,8 wich should give me the top end im missing plus im still playing with the esc setting will up date when i run it on 14,8 volts

you may find using the 1/18th esc and motor will get realy hot try getting hold of a cheap esc and a good 19turn brushed then it will run realy cool and have good power and speed

yes another update well 2day i decided to disable the bec on the esc and run a 6volt battery to the receiver to be able to run the desired 14.8 volt battery to the esc well with this done i decided to give it a whirl out side so off out i go plugs in the batttery the esc arms its self up i hit the throttle and wow what a shock this thing is blistering fast even whith the motor timing set to the lowest setting it even left my m8 hyper with a fully modded rb race engine by no means his is slow but this was like putting dragster up against a morris minor i can see this becoming the way forward very fast will try get a video of it today

THat sounds awsome. I am really thinking about converting all my nitros to brushless. Except my Revo 3.3. Since I have the eRevo. When you get some time post up some vids. How do you like that 9xl? I was considering about putting an 8xl in my eRevo maybe the same in my Ultra MBX Pro. Those motors are very inexpensive.

lets put it this way 4 what i payed 4 the motor im very impressed even at half throttle whack the tap open and it gets all 4 wheels spinning up again brushless is the way to go think when money allows me im going to run it on 5s 0r 6s packs:D
