I am looking at getting a new engine for my truck and like everyone else I'm looking for more power. I read on another forum a guy put a dynamite 427 in his truck and it worked great, I think he even used the easy start. I also looked at the Sirio .27 at A MAIN HOBBIES.it looks great, a little high on price compared to other engines and a 9 port I read is difficult to tune. I am also looking at a .21 but wondering how much more powerful it is than the 3.3. if anyone has any suggestions or input I would appruciate it.

I'm pretty sure it's a T-Maxx because it's posted in the T-Maxx forum, correct me if I'm wrong.

You either need a Big Block Chassis or you can skimp on both power and performance and get a Picco Maxx 26 or a OS 21 Maxx. I would do the full blown Big Block conversion myself.

RB 323, OS .21TM and Picco 26 maxx are the only ones that will bolt in with no mods. The Dynamite or also known as Mach 26, Losi 427 or Sportwerks 26(all same block) are a true Big Block mounting mill. The ones I listed are the only ones that are set up to fit a Maxx engine mount. Wherever you read that, they were misinformed. The crankcase is longer and mounts are completely different.

If you want a direct bolt in with out changing the chassis or motor mount the OS TM.21 is the only one of the above mentioned motors that will bolt right into a stock small block motor mount. The Picco .26 maxx and RB 323/523 use a mid block (special motor mount) to bolt into a stock Tmaxx chassis. You can buy the RB TM 523 as a package with pipe and motor mount. The Picco .26 does not come with the motor mount but you can buy one from Ofna or Nova RC products. I have the TM.21 and the Picco .26 maxx and no real complaints with either of them.
