Looks sweet! On top of the tranny, what's that? To hold an air intake?

It's actually just a grab handle and also for roll over protection. It was on the truck when I bought it and I just threw it back on to see what it looked like. I'm probly gonna take it back off.

Ahh, makes sense. I'd take it off as well, I don't want the first contact in a roll over to be directly connected to the tranny...

I can guarantee you those aren't cheap trx arms! Those are rpm arms.If you going to build a sm you never put cheap azz parts on it.That would be a disgrace to that chassis!!:jumpy:Did you notice this thread is a year old?

this might be a old post but someone new could be reading this! rpm arms are the best arms on the market. i have owned a pair of these on every rc that i have owned where they were a option! ....you can buy alum ones but when they bend you will be crying rpm will flex when you need it to but hold strong when you need them too. ....garrenteed for life also A+
good looking truck ...want to sell the chassis yet? -lol
